Ingredients

45 ml black cow vodka (cacao infused)
15 ml maren dry
1/3 bar spoon fabbri gourmet sauce - coffee
15 ml amarena cherry syrup
fabbri gourmet sauce - pistacchio (foam up)

PREPARAZIONE

Pour all the ingredients into mixing glass, stir till chill and strain into glassware, top up pistacchio foam, grind roasted pistacchio on it, garnished with piece of biscuit, which is stuffed with amarena cherry.
